Here are the top steps to take to ensure that you get the plan that suits both your budget and health care needs:

1. Learning the language of health insurance

Just about every health insurance policy comprises a few basic components. In order to make an informed decision, you need to make sure you know the definitions of these terms:

Premiums

A monthly payment you make to the insurance company in exchange for medical coverage. Ex) If under group health insurance coverage, the premium is paid in whole or partially by the employer on behalf of the employee or the employee’s dependants.

Co-pay

A fixed fee paid by the policyholder for office visits, emergency room visits and prescriptions due at the time of service. Ex) Your health insurance plan requires a $15 co-pay for an office visit or brand-name prescription drug, after which the insurance company often pays the remainder of the charges. Instantly browse different plan options and health insurance quotes, to learn more.

Deductibles

An amount of money that you are required to spend on your own medical expenses before the insurer coverage begins. Note, monthly premiums and co-pays typically don’t count towards your deductible. Ex) Choosing a plan with a higher deductible can keep your monthly premiums lower.

Co-insurance

A percentage of medical expenses for which the insured is responsible up to his or her out-of-pocket maximum. Ex) If your insurance benefits cover 80% of x-ray charges, you would need to pay the remaining 20% (co-insurance), even if your yearly deductible has already been met.

Out-of-Pocket Max

AKA a stop-loss limit, this is the maximum amount of money the insured will pay before the insurance company begins paying 100% of expenses. Ex) If annual OOPM is met through payment of deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance, the insurance carrier will pay the remaining costs for that year.

Lifetime Max

This is the maximum amount an insurance company will spend on a patient in his or her lifetime. Ex) This term might be in the fine print of the plan you’re considering, but make sure the plan’s lifetime max is at least 2 million dollars.

Health Saving Accounts

To take more control over your own medical spending, you can set up a Health Savings Account (HSA) in which you can invest pretax income. As long as you use the money for health care expenses it will not be taxed. These accounts are accompanied by high-deductible health insurance plans, which ensure that you are covered for medical expenses that exceed the money in your account.Ex)

2. Evaluate your situation

Knowing your priorities will help you narrow down your choices and weigh the pros and cons of each plan. Here are some questions you should answer before you begin shopping for a policy:

What monthly premium can I afford?

Do I want coverage for preventive care or just in case of a major illness or accident?

Who has the largest or most convenient provider network for my lifestyle?

Do I want greater control over my medical resources?

3. Take advantage of free expert advice

There are literally hundreds if not thousands of health plans from which to choose. When you have assessed your needs, you can benefit from the help of a health care exchange, either through online tools or a telephone conversation. A health care exchange can quickly filter your information and present you with a few alternatives that match your personal requirements. Services such as Getinsured.com specialize in individual insurance and are staffed by experts. They will help guide you through the process from selecting an ideal plan to completing your application and receiving your policy. And, because this service is free, there is no reason to not take advantage of this unparalleled opportunity.

4. Honesty is the best policy

Some people are afraid that if they tell the truth on a health insurance application they will be rejected. Yes, given the current laws, there is a chance that if you have a pre-existing condition you may be turned away. However, if you lie about such a condition, the insurance company will certainly find out can legally cancel your policy. It is in your interest to be honest. Even if you have a pre-existing condition you might be eligible for some amount of catastrophic coverage. Talk honestly and confidentially with a health insurance agent-you may be surprised by what you learn.

5. Buy health insurance separately when needed

Just because one member of a family has a pre-existing condition, doesn’t mean that the whole family can’t be covered. The family can be covered by separate plans. For those who are not ill, purchase an affordable, comprehensive plan. The person who is more difficult to cover still has options. If you can afford it, there are guaranteed issue plans. Others may choose to be covered in the case of an accident. And still others may choose to participate in non-insurance discount programs. Of course, combinations of these approaches are possible too-check out our explanation of the basics of family health insurance for more information.

6. Only consider plans that cover your preferred doctor and hospitals

Even if a plan boasts an enormous provider network, take the time to check that your favorite doctor is included. If not, you may find out too late and be forced to make the choice between paying substantial out-of-network fees and choosing a new doctor. The same is true of hospitals. Make sure that the hospitals that are included in a prospective plan’s network are not only reputed to be high quality, but also conveniently located.

7. Make a side by side comparison

Once you have narrowed down your choices, line up the final contenders and write down the premiums, in-network deductible, co-pays for office visits, AM Best ratings (a measure of the underwriter’s ability to pay claims), co-insurance and any other attributes that are important to you.

8. Get short term coverage if necessary – no lapse in coverage

The most important principle in health care insurance is to never be without it. If you are a recent college grad, or you’re between jobs, you may be tempted to avoid the hassle and expense of securing temporary coverage. After all, as soon as you get that job, you’ll be eligible for an employer-sponsored plan. This is a dangerous gamble; if you get sick or have an accident while not covered, the results could be financially devastating. If the job doesn’t come through, you could be without health coverage for longer than you planned. Short-term coverage is available for as few as 30-days and as much as a year. This varies by state. Premiums and deductibles can be set to match your needs, and applications can be approved very quickly.

Are you soon heading out looking to purchase health insurance? Well, if that is the case, you will do well to know that the insurance purchase decision is a major one – and definitely not one you should take lightly. This assertion comes from an observation of the nasty experiences that people who purchase health insurance without understanding the enormity of the purchase decision tend to go through. In a nutshell, the experiences of those people range from what can be termed as frustration to what can be termed as major regret. Looking through their often bitter experiences, it tends to turn out that they find themselves in such predicaments after having made fundamental mistakes when purchasing the health insurance. So we have collated and researched on those mistakes, and now we present these five mistakes that you should aim never to make when purchasing insurance. This we do in the hope that you will take heed and save yourself from the frustration a poor health insurance purchase could drive you into:

1. Purchasing health-insurance from financially weak insurers: it is not for nothing that people considering buying health insurance are advised to check out the financial health of the insurers they are considering buying the policy from. It is worth noting that your insurance cover is as good as the financial strength of the company providing it. Yes, there are mechanisms, in most jurisdictions, to protect the interests of the clients in the event of a health insurer going down. But more often than not, it tends to take a while before these mechanisms can kick in – during which time you would be virtually uncovered. Purchase health-insurance from financially strong insurers only.

2. Purchasing insurance from insurers who are known to ‘cut corners:’ the relationship between a health insurance provider and their client is one that is largely built on trust. It therefore becomes necessary to ensure that you only purchase health-insurance from insurers who have good reputations; not insurers who are known to cut corners and shift goalposts against their clients, especially when it comes to claims times. Check out what the previous client experiences with the various insurers you consider buying health insurance from have been like.

3. Purchasing the cheapest health insurance cover you can get, without checking coverage keenly: remember, in order to make the cheap pricing a possibility, some major compromises in terms of coverage have to be made. While it is advisable for you to go for the most affordable health-insurance cover you can get, you should also look at it keenly to establish what exactly you will be getting in it. Sometimes, you find cheap health insurance policies that have so much stripped out of them (in a bid to make them affordable) that they are pretty much useless to the people who buy them.

4. Purchasing health-insurance without reading the contract well: it is important to note that when purchasing health-insurance, what you buy is essentially the contract. This makes it essential for you to look at the health insurance contract keenly (including in the ‘fine print section’), and make an effort to understand the clauses in it and their full implications. In things like these, the devil is always in the details. But more important than the reading is having the willpower to back out of what turns out to be a bad deal.

It often happens that people indeed read their health insurance contracts, notice the badness of the deals -and then find it hard to back so as not to ‘upset’ the often suave salesmen. Don’t fall for this trap. If a close reading of the health-insurance contract reveals that it is a bad deal, back out of it immediately.

With health care costs soaring through the roof, the cost of health insurance premiums are increasing as well. Health insurance is a necessity, however, when you consider the costs of one visit to the emergency room, surgery to set a broken bone, scans, lab and other costs. When your budget is limited, how can you keep the costs of your health insurance premiums down? There are several steps you can take to reduce your health insurance costs and still maintain adequate medical coverage when you need it.

First step is to consider what health insurance options you have. Does your employer offer a group medical benefit? Many employers (and/or labor unions) offer health benefits to full-time employees. Group health insurance is usually the cheapest way to get medical coverage; an employer can negotiate with health insurance companies to get a group health plan at cheaper rates. In addition, many employers will pay part of the premium, reducing your health insurance cost even further. Another consideration is whether your spouse has health coverage available through their employer? If so, compare your health benefits plan to that of your spouse, and decide which health plan is the better buy. It may be possible to have one spouse carry family health insurance coverage and the other drop their health benefits. Many employers have multiple health insurance options, so review these plans as well. Choose the health plan that best meets your needs at the cheapest rate.

If no health insurance coverage is available through your employer, there are other ways to obtain health insurance coverage. Individual and family private health insurance policies are available. Shop and compare benefits and premiums from each health insurance plan. If you and your family are generally healthy, the new Health Savings Account (HSA) may be worth consideration. The HSA is an account that allows you to save tax-free dollars for your medical/health expenses. Similar to an Individual Retirement Account (IRA), you are limited in the amount that you are allowed to contribute each year; however, with the HSA, withdrawals for health expenses are not penalized, and no tax is paid on the withdrawal. When paired with a health insurance policy that has high deductibles and low rates, the HSA may be ideal for you. Save money in the HSA for deductibles and co-pays, and you’re set.

For those over 65 or permanently disabled, Medicare is available through the federal government. The original Medicare is an 80/20 plan (they pay 80% of eligible expenses and the insured pays 20%) with an annual deductible and a monthly premium. Supplemental health plans are available to cover this deductible and co-pay. These supplemental health plans are usually private and the insured pays a premium. In addition to the original Medicare plan, there are Medicare HMOs. In these Medicare HMO health plans, the Medicare premium is paid to an HMO to provide benefits to the insured. HMO plans are more restrictive in that patients must get care through a network provider, but often these plans cover more prescription drugs and preventive care than original Medicare does.

Recently some employers have offered lower premiums to employees who do not smoke cigarettes. This is currently a controversial topic for some, but it certainly may begin a trend. In the future, employers and their health insurance providers could offer reduced premiums for employees who maintain normal weight, exercise regularly, and receive certain wellness benefits. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle lowers the risk to the health insurance company that they will be paying big bucks in health care down the road. And health insurance, as any other insurance, is all about risk.

Nowadays, spending even a few days in the hospital could hurt the family savings in a big way. This is the reason why it is crucial to consider the benefits, the cost and as well as the extent to which the health needs of your family can be met when you look around for insurance coverage. Research the various plans available. Find out how they are designed exclusively for the health needs of your family and then make a decision regarding a plan that would be ideal for the way you live. Let me give you some tips when you research health insurance.

Assess your needs. Take a look at how you are utilizing your healthcare currently and as well as expenses related to health care in the near future. Make a decision on the services that are very vital to you and your family. Find out about the coverage for dependents. Evaluate the amount you can afford to pay on monthly premiums as well as co-payments. If you are healthy and single the health insurance plan you opt for should be unique as compared to those having a household with children.

Examine the benefits and as well as coverage of important items like deductibles, or insurance needs, preventive care, immunizations and shots, co-payments, fees for visiting providers that are out of network, physical exams and other expenses related to health care. Other services which would be essential for your family would include long-term care, nursing care, coverage of mental well-being and fertility services.

Ask your agent all the questions that crop up in your mind like whether the doctors you go to currently are a part of the new plan, if they need referrals for visiting specialists, if it is easy to switch doctors, the facilities and hospitals you could utilize under the plan and the procedure for having emergency room treatment accepted. Find out if the benefits regarding the conditions pre-existing are limited or whether you would have to wait for a certain time period before being totally covered.

Some plans could completely exclude coverage for a medical condition that is preexisting. Find out the existence of a process of sensible appeals in case the firm refuses to cover the treatment and if such kinds of appeals are assessed by an independent, external company. Is the rate of turnover high between doctors under the plan? Opt for a plan that complements all your priorities and needs depending on the thorough investigation you conduct. Go through all the materials.

Have a discussion with the health plan broker or perform research on the Internet in order to find out all the information that you might not have. Talk about preexisting conditions as well as flex-spending plans before you make a decision. Think about insurance coverage for long-term care. The increasing expenditure of elderly care and health care could reduce your savings if you are out of action for a long time. The ideal time to go for this would be when you touch your 40s.

So you want to know what health insurance options are available? There are basically four options available. Each plan will have it’s appeal based on how you use your health care system now. Many people are familiar with the names (HMO, PPO, POS, indemnity), but may not understand each works. Understanding how each works will allow you to make an educated decision on which type will be best suited for your situation.

The Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), which basically allow you to participate in an “organization” of doctors, more often than not, these doctors are employees of your health plan, the HMO. With HMOs, you have a primary care giver who will coordinate your health care. You must be referred by your primary care giver to receive additional service. HMOs are often cheaper, but are more restrictive in how you get healthcare. Doctors, clinics, and hospitals (providers) renew the contracts with the insurance companies annually.

Another option is the Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs). The PPO negotiates the rates for service with a network of doctors, urgent cares, hospitals, clinics, and other health providers. By using the network, your costs for service will be lower. If you venture outside of the network, you pay more for health care. The network size is very important when looking into a PPO. Providers also renew their contracts with the insurer annually.

The third health insurance option would be the Point of Service Plans (POS). POS are basically HMO’s that allow you to control your health care. You do not need to get a referral from your primary care giver. POS are more flexible than HMOs. Yet, if you venture out of your network, like a PPO you pay a higher rate. You could think of a POS as a mix of HMOs and PPOs. Contracts are renewed annually.

Finally, we have the Fee For Service Plans (indemnity). These plans are very simple. An indemnity plan pays you or the doctor a predetermined amount base on what service you received. It is not negotiated with the doctor. It is not tied to a network of doctors; some payments may not cover the entire bill for your service. POS gives you the most flexibility, but may cost the most compared to the other health insurance options. Since there are no contract, providers can cease accepting these at any time.

Again, each plan has it’s strengths and weaknesses. Most insurance carriers will have one or two plan types available; each with many premium options. By understanding how each plan works, you can decide based on your use of the healthcare system, which will be best for you.

Who is it for?

As suggested by its name, family health insurance is ideal for individuals looking to cover both themselves and their families.

What are the benefits?

Contrary to what you might assume, an all-inclusive family heath insurance plan is less expensive than insuring each family member separately. Another option would be to purchase a high deductible health plan (HDHP) and open a health savings account (HSA). The multitude of preventative care options provided by HDHPs is especially useful for families. Some examples preventative plan options to consider are: doctor’s visits, physical exams, immunizations, and well baby visits. Moreover, you can use these benefits before meeting the first deductible.

What are the risks?

Premiums for family insurance differ among states, and by the age of the purchaser. Older purchasers generally pay more than younger ones, and coverage may be more expensive in some areas of the country than others. Also, if one of your family members has a preexisting condition, it could result in your coverage being denied or a more expensive rate for the whole family. If this occurs, you should think about purchasing separate policies for different members of your family.

How do you find and purchase a plan?

To start off, just enter some basic information about yourself and those you wish to insure on getinsured.com to view instant side-by-side comparisons of available plans in your area. On of our licensed agent can help you through the entire process-from filling out your application to receiving your family health insurance policy. This is all free, so there’s no reason why you shouldn’t take advantage of this great opportunity! When buying insurance, bear in mind that a typical plan offers fairly high deductibles (more than $7,500) so supplementing your family coverage with an Accident Medical Plan and a Critical Illness Plan could be a viable option. These plans have low deductibles in the $100-200 range and coverage of up to $10,000-which should sufficiently cover the family deductible in the event of an accident or major illness.

Family Health Insurance plans typically have a higher coverage cap or lower combined deductible than an individual insurance plan would.

What is the impact of health care reform now and in 2014?

The following changes are slated for September 2010:

New insurance plans cover specific preventative care services without cost sharing

Insurance carriers cannot drop you if you get sick, due to a mistake you made on your application

New individual plans cannot deny or exclude children below age 19 due to health issues (including babies born with health problems)

If a new plan won’t pay for services you understood were going to be covered, you have a new step-by-step appeals process to challenge a decision.

Young adults under age 26 can be insured under a parent’s plan if their policy allows for dependent coverage. The exception is if a parent has an existing employer-sponsored plan, and the young adult child can get their own job-based coverage.

Every state currently runs a Medicaid program that offers health coverage for low-income families and children; eligibility rules differ by state. Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) cover children in every state. Also, your children could be eligible for coverage if your income is less than $45,000 per year, for a family of four.

As of 2014, individual insurance carriers can’t deny or exclude coverage for a child with a preexisting condition or disability.

Why drink natural artesian water over other forms of bottled water or even tap water? Artesian drinking water does not contain the contaminants that you may find in tap water or in other types of bottled water. It also has a high mineral content. The body needs the minerals present in artesian waters to function at the highest feasible level.

Different Types of Water

- Acid rain

Artesian differs from regular spring water & other bottled waters in lots of ways. Some bottled waters are basically tap water that have been purified, which removes both contaminants & essential minerals from the water. Bottled tap usually lacks the full flavor of artesian water & does not provide any minerals to the body. Bottled spring water may contain minerals, but it can also come from a contaminated source. Types of contaminants include:

- Ground contaminants

- Toxins from factories

- Bacteria

Unlike spring water, artesian water comes from a source that is deep within the earth. The water is under layers of rock that cannot be penetrated by acid rain, bacteria, or toxins, so it is protected against contamination in a way that other sources of water are not.

Artesian drinking usually has a high mineral & electrolyte content. The human body needs minerals for proper functioning & for development of the bones & other organs. Electrolytes, such as sodium & potassium, keep the body in balance. An electrolyte becomes an ion when absorbed by the human body. It sends electrical impulses throughout the body, which keeps the body functioning as it ought to. The minerals & electrolytes present in artesian water include:

Minerals in Artesian Water

- Silica: an essential mineral for the body. A lack of silica in the body can lead to joint issues & bone deformities. Silica in artesian also gives it body & taste.

- Bicarbonate: an electrolyte that keeps the pH of the blood in balance. Without adequate bicarbonate, the blood can become to acidic. If the pH level of the blood is not balanced, a person may feel worn out & have low energy levels.

- Fluoride: a mineral that can protect the teeth & prevent cavities & decay. Fluoride is often added to municipal water. It is found naturally in artesian water.

- Calcium: a mineral needed for strong bones as well as for muscle & nerve functioning.

Individuals who enjoy drinking parties always have issue to deal with – a hangover the next morning. The hangover is an inevitable consequence of heavy drinking. People often wake up with a pounding head, dryness in the mouth, nausea & fatigue after a heavy night’s drinking. These signs would be more intense if drinks on an empty stomach, has sleep deprivation, does more activity while drinking, is already dehydrated before drinking or has poor general health.

Hangover Treatments

When people drink, the alcohol contained in the drink enters the blood stream & influences the brain to suppress the synthesis of vasopressin which is an anti-diuretic hormone. This makes drinkers urinate more often while drinking which gives rise to dehydration. Usually, about times the volume of drinks consumed is expelled from the body while drinking, leaving the body in a dehydrated state all night. That is why people wake up with extreme dryness in the mouth the next morning.

What causes a hangover?

Hangover Treatments

The body tries to extract as much water as feasible from the different organs, the brain, literally shrinking it in size. This makes the brain pull on the membranes which connect it to the cranium, leading to a throbbing headache. Frequent urination also expels potassium & other salts that are needed for muscle & nerve functions, leading to nausea & fatigue. Different types of alcohol can also produce different kinds of hangovers.

two. Black coffee can help deal with the pounding headache that are a major part of hangovers. The high amount of caffeine, which is a stimulant, can alleviate the headache for the time being. But one time the effect of the coffee wears off, the signs might return. Moreover, like alcohol, coffee is & a diuretic which can further dehydrate the person, making the hangover even more extreme.

one. Drinking more alcohol can delay the onset of hangover. However, this is only a temporary fix as the body will finally must deal with the effects ultimately. This treatment will only postpone the arrival of the hangover.

four. The Mediterranean folk tactic of taking a spoonful of olive oil before drinking is based on the same principle. The oil sticking to the stomach lining would slow down alcohol absorption & reduce hangover signs.

three. Eating fried or fatty foods before drinking can reduce the effects of a hangover considerably. These foods stick to the stomach lining & slow down the rate at which alcohol is absorbed in to the bloodstream. It also gives the body more time to process the byproducts that result from heavy drinking.

five. of the latest treatments to hangover is Pep two, a chewable tablet. taking tablets half an hour before & tablet after drinking helps prevent hangover.

Few of us realise that cellular inflammation is at the root of several critical illnesses & diseases that have an inclination to have an effect on us one time they grow older. It seems that they have a fair tiny bit of resignation in terms of “age-related” health issues & it is very as though they accept that they are going to encounter them as they move through life. However it does not must be like this. Needless to say, none of us get to live forever & our bodies will in the finish wear out, but that does not mean that they must basically accept some of the major illnesses which are widespread in contemporary society.

They have noted for some time now that antioxidants may help take care of free radicals & our exposure to all sorts of potential toxins within our food items & within the environment all around us. Foods that are rich in antioxidant capability basically must be in our every day diet designs, but even so it is reasonable to say that the sizable majority of us don’t consume minerals, nutrients & vitamins as religiously as they must.

Fish such as salmon are very rich in omega three essential fatty acids. Specialists have discovered that they can draw out fish oil from stock such as salmon & turn it in to supplement form in order to help us increase our diets. Whilst there is very tiny doubt about the efficacy of fish oil as a dietary supplement, you need to be very cautious indeed where you get the supplement from, the way it is manufactured & exactly what it is composed of.

Positive foods, however, are advantageous & ought to be an important part of our diet. Fish oil, as an example, is proven to be an all natural & highly effective anti-inflammatory & if they cannot consume a sufficient quantity of the right kind of fish on a regular basis, they definitely must be positive that they receive a fish oil supplement in lieu.

Fish oil is not basically fish oil, put basically. Be positive that you have a glance at the information imprinted on any package that you are thinking about. You ought to be looking for pure EPA, since this will be the most beneficial fish oil supplement that it is possible for you to to buy. Sadly, plenty of of the brands that you will usually see in your supermarket have very low densities of EPA, but it is feasible to buy options which have as high as 90% density, where EPA is the ingredient in 90 mg of every 100 mg of fish oil.

Not all fish are as advantageous as stock when harvested in regulated waters. The production technique is essential as fish oil has the ability to go rancid if a very long time is left in between farming & production. They also need to be positive that the product is processed & regulated to be positive plenty of of the harmful toxins that are present in this sort of fish are removed. Moreover, they must make positive that EPA, which is the most critical nutrient in omega-3, is there in very high levels.

Battling inflammation at the cellular level is essential for each & every of us even as they get older & the purest type of fish oil product you’ll find represents your journey to lovely results.

You know yourself better than someone. Think about in case you are an extrovert or introvert. Are you energised by being with others, or do you need time alone to recharge? Finding a weight loss or exercise that suits your character and temperament makes you infinitely more likely to stick with it. To introverts, things like jogging and jogging can hold great appeal: it is time out from the demands of others. It provides you with time to reflect, mull things over and select courses of action. An extrovert is more likely to enjoy team sports, dance classes, boot camps. Think about also in case you are a leader or follower: a leader finds it harder to be told what to do and how to do it and may enjoy self direction or the nature of one-on-one programmes where you work with other. Others succeed with somebody else giving them guidance and instruction and feel encouraged by the tales of their peers. nonnegotiable: you must think about becoming and staying active as absolutely imperative to maintaining your new lifestyle, so pick something you can build on and stick with.

1. Have You Come Up With A Plan?

two. Have You Set A Realistic Aim?

It is simple to pick a size or number we’d like to be, but whether that is a nice aim is up for some debate. Common wisdom is to aim for an preliminary 10% reduction in weight. This has proven health benefits, and it is a nice leaping off point for further goals. My own aim was to accomplish a number I would feel happy weighing myself at the Doctor’s office at, but I started with the round numbers: every drop to a brand spanking new number ending in 0 was cause to celebrate!

three. Is Your Support Network Jogging?

Whether you are a busy parent, a student or an executive: all of us have lots of demands on our time and places they must be. Some weeks come along and slam you sideways. This is where you need somebody in your corner to pick up the slack and enable you to focus by yourself goals – a neighbour or grandparent to do the school run so you can squeeze in a workout, a partner who will make school lunches and get the kids dressed so that early morning run can get crossed off the list, a colleague who will agree to walk with you in your lunch break. You can do it by yourself, but it is a lot simpler in case you don’t must do it by yourself on a regular basis!

It could be to a personal trainer or coach, it could be to a Nurse in your Doctor’s office, it could be to a mate or member of the relatives, it could be to the members of an online forum, but all of us need somebody to tell how we are going. Knowing that you need to tell somebody makes it simpler to close the refrigerator door at 9pm. They need not know specifics in case you don’t need them to…a percentage, or even an acknowledgement of a loss or gain is all it takes. It is a great opportunity to inspire others.
